5% of the total purchase price shall be added as interest fee on the outstanding balance for every 2
consecutive instalments the default occurs. Where the Purchaser/Subscriber is subscribed to a 3 months or
outright payment plan option, and he/she fails to complete the payments due after the period of three
months has elapsed, the subscriber shall be charged a 5% interest fee on the outstanding balance as well as
being transferred to the 6 months payment plan option with all attendant interest fees effected.
